Dean Clement Evason, born August 22, 1964, is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player. He is currently the head coach of the Columbus Blue Jackets, joining the team in 2022.
The Blue Jackets filled their coaching vacancy two months before the NHL's training camp opens. Evason, who previously coached the Minnesota Wild, is now set to lead the Columbus team.
